Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field with 5–7 years of management experience OR 7–10 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performance technical team.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies (PM, PdM), Lean Six Sigma, and data-driven process improvement.

• Develop and oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for complex metals equipment.
