Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a Laboratory Technician I to support routine laboratory operations at our Lancaster, PA facility, with offsite training in Richmond, VA. You will perform sample preparation, maintain records, and help keep the lab organized for daily analyses.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with a pay range of $18–$21 per hour. Strong English, basic chemistry, and the ability to work independently are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: High school Chemistry coursework, basic laboratory experience.
• Skills: General knowledge of chemistry and/or general science; basic math; ability to work independently; multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves samples from Sample Control for analysis.
• Prepares samples and reagents, including aliquots, spike, and concentrations.
• Labels samples correctly and resolves discrepancies.
• Documents results, tracks samples, and maintains lab logs.
• Washes glassware and stocks laboratory supplies.
• Cleans work areas and maintains a safe environment.
• Assists other laboratory areas as needed.
