Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing America is seeking an Analyst II to prepare and analyze environmental samples using established and advanced methods, ensuring QA/QC through Level I data reviews. You will upload results to LIMS and support data integrity across projects.

The role requires strong attention to detail, experience with ICP-MS/ICP-OES, and adherence to safety and QA procedures within a production lab environment. Overtime may be needed with a regular Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

BS or BA in chemistry or related field. 3 years laboratory experience may substitute for degree.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in routine and complex laboratory procedures and instruments, preferably in a production environment.
2+ years in an environmental or analytical lab, hands on ICP-MS and ICP-OES experience ((EPA 200.7/200.8, 6010/6020)).

Responsibilities

Performs laboratory procedures requiring knowledge of scientific methods and testing procedures.
Uploads data into LIMS system for review.
Performs Level I review of data produced to ensure accuracy.
Maintains logbooks and monitors refrigerator temperatures.
Maintains housekeeping standards for work area.
Inventories and stocks laboratory supplies.
