Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking an Analyst I to prepare and analyze environmental samples using standard techniques and EPA methodologies in compliance with QA programs and SOPs. The role focuses on routine tasks, instrument operation training, and safe work practices.

The candidate should have a chemistry background, strong English communication, and be able to work under supervision on specialized instruments such as GC, GC-MS, AAS, and ICP, with potential first- and second-shift

Qualifications

• BS or BA in chemistry or related field; 3 years laboratory experience may substitute for degree.
• Laboratory experience is a plus
• Previous production-oriented work helpful (awareness and ability to meet deadlines)

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples and perform chemical analysis according to standard techniques/SOPs.
• Record and report data and any unusual test occurrences to the supervisor.
• Perform routine instrument maintenance and general housekeeping in the work area.
• Comply with Eurofins’ EHS and QA standards.
