Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is hiring for an Analyst I who prepares and analyzes environmental samples using EPA methodologies and standard analytical techniques in a QA/QA-compliant environment. The role emphasizes data recording, reporting and instrument upkeep under supervision, with a focus on learning diverse instrumentation and maintaining safety standards.

Position is full-time 2nd shift (Tue-Fri 2pm-11pm; Sat 9am-5pm); first-shift training may occur before transition.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in chemistry or related field required; 3 years lab experience may substitute for degree.
• Laboratory experience is a plus and production experience helpful.
• Proficiency in English (read, write, speak) required.
• Willingness to learn and follow established protocols and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples using standard techniques and perform chemical analyses.
• Calculate data and record/report results to supervisor.
• Maintain routine instrument care and housekeeping in the lab.
• Operate under GMP/GLP in line with QA standards and EHS policies.
• Demonstrate attention to quality and safety in all tasks.
