Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) seeks an Analyst I to prepare and analyze environmental samples following EPA methodologies and SOPs. You will work under supervision, practicing good laboratory and safety standards while supporting QA/QC programs.

The role involves sample preparation, chemical analysis, data calculation, and reporting results, with training available for advanced instrumentation such as GC, GC/MS, ICP, and atomic absorption.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in chemistry or related field. 3 years laboratory experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples using standard techniques.
• Perform chemical analysis using standard techniques.
• Calculating data.
• Recording and reporting data and any unusual test occurrences to the supervisor.
• Performing routine instrument maintenance.
