Job summary

You will be staffed on client engagements, identify issues, form hypotheses, design analyses, and present actionable recommendations.

You’ll also contribute to knowledge development and collaborate with global teams to renew capability in AI and analytics.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with excellent academic record in metallurgy or related field.
• 4+ years in metals market strategy, due diligence, CAPEX or consulting.
• Experience with complex datasets and financial/operational benchmarks.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Proficient in data-driven decision making and presenting outputs.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to varied environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues, form hypotheses, design analyses, and synthesize recommendations.
• Lead or contribute to client discussions and presentations with leadership.
• Support knowledge development to expand metals capabilities.
