Qualifications

• Associates degree in STEM or Mechanical/Metallurgy with 4+ years in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s in STEM/Mechanical/Metallurgical/Materials Engineering with 2+ years in manufacturing.
• Master’s in STEM/Mechanical/Metallurgical/Materials Engineering.
• PhD in STEM/Mechanical/Metallurgical/Materials Engineering. US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health, Safety & Environmental compliance in manufacturing.
• Drive quality with zero defects and Right First Time.
• Identify grain defects in single crystal casting metallurgical processes and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes and digital systems for safety, quality, cost, delivery, and lead time.
• Monitor equipment performance and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Support design guidance to optimize equipment usage and manufacturing methods.
