Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Digital Manufacturing Engineer to support operations and advance digital manufacturing initiatives. You will develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring safety, quality, cost, delivery, and lead time targets are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology; 2+ years in Manufacturing Engineering or Manufacturing Systems Engineering.
Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering or Engineering Technology; OR 6+ years in Manufacturing/Operations in a technical capacity.
US Citizen required.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to operations and execute Manufacturing Engineering activities to develop, maintain and improve manufacturing processes.
Identify and develop opportunities for new or improved manufacturing processes, digital systems and technologies.
Ensure compliance to RRMS, SABRe, Export Control and IP requirements.
Plan and manage activities including schedule, resources and costs, and communicate with stakeholders.
Develop, implement, validate, maintain and improve digital manufacturing systems and methods.
Deploy standardized Digital Manufacturing processes across lifecycle with Design and Operations.
