Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering or related field with 2+ years in materials joining and additive processes.
- Master’s degree in Welding Engineering or related field is welcome.
- JD/PhD holders are eligible.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of novel joining and additive technologies across a global team.
- Implement global technology strategies for joining and additive processes.
- Develop and guide process improvement across business units.
- Engage with technology centers and collaborators to advance priorities.
