Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with heap leach operations and flotation circuits is preferred.
• Strong understanding of metallurgical and engineering principles for mineral processing.
• Proficient with PC-based software and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct plant sampling surveys and analyze metallurgical samples to propose improvements.
• Perform laboratory-scale metallurgical testing and scale up plant trials.
• Troubleshoot metallurgical and production issues to improve efficiency and stability.
• Plan and manage metallurgical projects with cross-functional teams.
• Perform economic evaluations to support decision-making.
• Maintain metallurgical accounting and daily/monthly reports.
