• 0-5 years' experience in materials/metallography laboratory or engineering.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to understand topics related to metallography, thermal spray coating, materials science, hardness, microstructure.
• Attention to detail in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform macro/microstructural testing and evaluation to support lab operations.
• Test metal samples to determine physical properties.
• Prepare specimens by grinding, polishing and etching.
• Calibrate and set up standardized material/metallographic testing stations.
• Assist and manage projects related to materials evaluation.
• Process test data using MS Word and MS Excel.
