Job summary

Donaldson is a leader in filtration technology seeking a detail-oriented team member to arrange orders for maximum machine uptime. You will review work orders, confirm descriptions, and communicate discrepancies to supervisors while documenting scrap and quality concerns. You’ll handle hot orders and support other areas as needed.

The role requires attention to detail, safety adherence, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced plant environment. Some tasks may adapt as priorities shift.

• Verify counts are accurate with exact counts from the work order transferring down to the next process.
• Document pertinent information on the work order (i.e. scrap, quality concerns etc.)
• Facilitate “hot” orders that come through your area from other areas of the business.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
