Job summary

Donaldson is hiring for an Assembly Operator in Dixon, IL on the 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 2:00pm–12:00am). The role requires assembling components per specifications, inspecting for defects, and safely operating hand tools and small machinery. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior assembly experience preferred. Eligible for incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.

Location: Dixon, IL. Hourly rate: $19.67 plus shift premium. Immigration sponsorship not available.
