Job summary

Donaldson Company, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator in Frankfort, KY to perform correct production methods with proper machinery and ensure quality assemblies throughout the line.

You will work closely with team members, follow setup sheets, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform correct production methods with correct machinery to properly complete assigned operation
• Communicate effectively with team members and Team Leader to achieve high efficiency, high quality, and to ensure all questions are answered
• Ensure correct material is staged by checking material part numbers against first-piece sheet
• Inspect work of the last operator and communicate to them whether the quality is acceptable
• Communicate with the next operation on the line to ensure they are receiving quality assemblies, using positive feedback and constructive criticism to increase quality and efficiency
• Timely completion of 6S/TPM’s
• Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
• Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required

Hourly Rate: $23.44 Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance. This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
