Donaldson Company, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to join our Baldwin, Wisconsin manufacturing team on the 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 5 a.m.–3 p.m.).
This onsite role offers the opportunity to contribute to precision metal fabrication in a collaborative environment. The operator will set up and run metal working machines, read blueprints, manage materials, and ensure compliance with print specifications while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

The Machine Operator at our Baldwin, WI location is responsible for set up and operate metal working machines to fabricate to specifications. This is a 1st shift onsite role, with hours Monday - Thursday 5 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Hourly Pay Range: $26.76 This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations. This position is eligible for a gainsharing plan based on the achievement of specific goals.
