Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a Machine Operator for the Baldwin, WI location. The role involves setting up and operating metalworking machines to fabricate to specifications on a first shift (Monday-Thursday, 5 a.m. to 3 p.m.), onsite.

You will schedule materials, ensure prints are followed, and maintain a clean work area while complying with safety and environmental policies. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ability to read blueprints, and strong mechanical and mathematical

The Machine Operator at our Baldwin, WI location is responsible for set up and operate metal working machines to fabricate to specifications. This is a 1st shift onsite role, with hours Monday - Thursday 5 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate ability to:

Hourly Pay Range

$26.76

This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.

This position is eligible for a gainsharing plan based on the achievement of specific goals.
