Job summary

Erie Home is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee residential roofing projects from planning through completion. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate material deliveries, and ensure exceptional service delivery to customers.

The role requires hands-on roofing experience, on-site supervision skills, and strong communication abilities to maintain client satisfaction and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in installation, construction, project management, or a similar role.
• Hands-on residential roofing experience is required.
• Experience supervising on-site construction personnel.
• Typical work hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of residential roofing projects—from planning to final execution.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience by managing communication and expectations during installation.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractor crews to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency.
• Order and deliver materials to job sites to keep projects on track and avoid delays.
• Maintain project documentation including progress, budgets, and completion details.
