Job summary

Nationwide Fab is seeking a Metal Polisher for the second shift to polish stainless steel components and remove oxidation after fabrication. You will operate polishing equipment, buff surfaces to quality standards, and help prepare parts for finishing stages in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education and work experience.
• Ability to inspect each piece for flaws to meet specs.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to shift needs.

Responsibilities

• Polish and buff metal parts using polishing equipment and wheels.
• Remove oxides and ensure smooth, clean finishes on stainless steel components.
• Fettling, grinding, deburring and masking weld seams as needed.
• Inspect parts, maintain quality standards, and follow safety rules.
