Nico Products in Minneapolis, MN is hiring a Racker | Parts Preparation Technician on the 2nd shift. You will prepare customer parts for the metal finishing process, rack parts securely, and assist with plating prep. Training will be provided.

No prior plating experience required; we value reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, and safe work habits. This role offers a 4-day work week with overtime potential and a starting pay of $24.00 per hour plus a $1,500 signing bonus, with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; training provided for right candidate.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right candidate.
• Ability to follow written instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read an analog clock and tape measure.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and production software.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Dependable attendance.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Count and verify customer parts before processing.
• Rack customer parts according to work instructions and quality requirements.
• Inspect parts for quality, damage, and accuracy.
• Remove completed parts from racks after processing.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
• Follow established production procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required PPE.
• Meet established production and quality expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
