Hussey Copper, a Pantheon Electric company, is hiring dependable machine operators for our Eminence, KY facility. In this hands-on role you will operate production machinery, assemble and cut metal components, inspect products, and help ensure customer specifications are met.

Candidates should have at least one year of metal manufacturing experience, basic math and tape measure skills, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of industrial metal manufacturing experience.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation and production equipment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, environmental, quality, and production standards.
• Operate industrial machinery to produce parts and components according to customer specifications.
• Monitor equipment to ensure machines operate safely, properly, and efficiently.
• Assemble and cut metal components according to specified requirements.
• Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain complete and accurate production records.
• Identify and report equipment, quality, or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as required.
• Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams.
• Perform other manufacturing and production duties as assigned.
