Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year in industrial metal manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation and production equipment.
• Ability to perform basic math and read a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, environmental, quality, and production standards.
• Operate industrial machinery to produce parts per specifications.
• Monitor equipment for safe and efficient operation.
• Assemble and cut metal components per requirements.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Maintain production records and report issues.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality and leadership teams.
• Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned.
