Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of industrial metal manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery to produce parts and components per specifications.
• Assemble and cut metal components according to requirements.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate production records and report issues promptly.
• Monitor equipment for safe and efficient operation.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and leadership teams.
