Qualifications

• Able to operate and set up machines in a production area.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Perform basic shop math for measurement and tolerances.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate at least one machine in the assigned area and load/unload materials.
• Cross-train on other machines as needed.
• Maintain safe work procedures and wear PPE.
• Monitor gauges and ensure parts meet blueprint specs.
• Enter production data into the tracking system.
• Keep work area clean and organized (5S).
• Assist with preventative maintenance on equipment.
