Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a reliable Metal Finishing Associate for 1st shift in Huntington, IN. The role focuses on finishing parts to documented standards, with TIG welding and other welding techniques as part of daily duties.

Candidate should be detail-oriented, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain a safe, organized workspace while adhering to company policies. Hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Read and understand written instructions.
• Read and understand prints and technical drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Great communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Finish parts with 2B and 4F SS finishes per standard.
• TIG welding background preferred; perform GMAW and GTAW as needed.
• Grind post weld according to documented standard.
• Polish post grind to a documented standard.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
