Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have basic reading and writing in English.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required if experience is strong.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform equipment changeovers as required.
• Monitor product quality and adjust machines to meet specs.
• Reject products not meeting quality specifications.
• Adhere to SOPs, Quality Policies, EMS, and company requirements.
• Maintain productivity to meet production goals.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Be available for overtime as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
