Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a skilled Fabricator to read shop drawings and safely operate metal-forming machinery to produce high-quality profiles. You will follow work orders, set up equipment, and ensure dimensional accuracy on each piece.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong attention to detail. The role requires safe work practices and clear communication within a manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate press brakes, shears or roll formers per safety guidelines.
• Read work orders, blueprints and measurement instructions.
• Set up and calibrate machinery to meet specs.
• Locate and mark bending and cutting lines on work pieces.
• Load/unload metal sheets using forklift.
• Assemble parts per approved drawings.
• Verify conformance using calipers, micrometers and gauges.
• Maintain quality and report defects or safety concerns.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Maintain records using company systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Meet attendance, productivity, accuracy, quality expectations.
