Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. in Coppell, TX is seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to read shop drawings and safely operate brake presses, shears and roll formers to produce high‑quality metal profiles.

You will set up equipment, measure parts, document results, and maintain clean, organized workspaces while meeting attendance and productivity targets.

Minimum 1–2 years related experience and a high school diploma are required. Join our manufacturing team and contribute to safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Ability to read instructions, blueprints and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery such as press brakes, shears or roll formers according to safety guidelines.
• Read work orders, specifications, blueprints, and measurement instructions.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate machinery to meet manufacturing specifications.
• Locate and mark bending and cutting lines onto work pieces.
• Load and unload metal sheets or coils using forklift and infeed to machinery.
• Position, align, fit, and assemble parts per approved drawings.
• Verify conformance of work to specifications using calipers, micrometer and gauges.
• Maintain product quality and report defects or safety concerns.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments.
• Utilize company systems and software to maintain records, reports, or documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and report mechanical failures.
• Meet attendance, productivity, accuracy, quality, and performance expectations.
