Hanover Iron Works, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead miscellaneous metals construction projects from initiation through closeout in a Richmond-area setting.

The role requires coordinating with contractors, inspectors, engineers and foremen to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining strong client relations. You will read specifications and blueprints, manage submittals, change orders, and project billings, and supervise fabrication and erection processes.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and subcontractor performance.
• Proficient in reading specifications and blueprints.

• Lead project from initiation to closeout.

• Maintain client relationships and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Prepare Subcontract Change Orders and monthly billings.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and paper trail.
• Develop and manage schedules covering preconstruction, fabrication, shipping and erection.
