Aufgaben

• Coordinate with Project Manager to oversee fabrication and erection of structural steel and related metals.
• Read specifications and blueprints to determine material quantities and sizes.
• Create and manage schedules for preconstruction, submittals, engineering, shop drawings, procurement, fabrication, shipping, erection, and closeout.
• Prepare, coordinate, review, and execute submittals, contracts, blueprints, and other critical documents.
• Communicate with other contractors to maintain schedule and resolve design conflicts; BIM coordination and clash detection.
