United Talent is currentlyseeking an experiencedMetal Fabrication ShopLaborerto join our team in Mt. Pleasant, PA. The ideal candidate will have previous machine shop experience and a strong work ethic. This is a full-time, hands-on role in a busy and growing fabrication shop.

Responsibilities:

• Operate metal fabrication machinery such as press brakes, shears, and grinders
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Conduct quality checks on parts and finished products
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist welders, machinists, and fabricators with shop tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to all safety standards and protocols

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Occasional overtime available
• $17-18/HR based on experience

Requirements:

• Previous machine shop experience is required
• Familiarity with metalworking and fabrication tools
• Ability to lift 50-100lbs.and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable transportation
