Positions Include

Machine operating, manual labor, and equipment provided in accordance with USDA and Pilgrim’s Company product standards and procedures.

• Process product according to operating procedures and quality/quantity expectations.
• Observe equipment operation, notifying appropriate personnel of any malfunctions and/or safety issues/concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist others with skills and knowledge gained from the position.
• Observe all company personnel, quality, safety, and food safety policies. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating effectively with customers, clients, co-workers, and leadership teams.
• Recognize and act on incidents and safety risks. Practice and enforce safe work habits consistently.
• Participate in process improvement and problem solving using continuous improvement methodologies.
• Follow all company animal welfare guidelines.
• Perform other duties as directed.
