You will perform quality checks and participate in safety procedures to ensure reliable production. Ideal candidates will have strong manual dexterity, the ability to stand for long periods, and a careful eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints, diagrams, and basic CAD drawings to assemble equipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product meets standards.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean work area.
• Operate hand-held tools and powered equipment.
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in assembly tasks.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and drawings to assemble equipment.
• Utilize hand held tools such as screwdrivers and drill guns.
• Maintain inventory at work stations.
• Perform quality checks to ensure standards.
• Identify defects and report to supervision.
• Rework/repair assembled components per specs.
• Operate equipment safely to meet production goals.
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Lift up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
• Follow directions and work in a team or individually as required.
