Job summary

Monroe Truck Equipment, an Aebi Schmidt brand in Monroe, WI, is seeking an assembler to join the shop floor team. You will read assembly prints, gather parts, and fasten components using various fasteners while operating pneumatic and manual tools. This role requires standing, handling parts, and reporting issues to the lead.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret assembly blueprints and BOMs.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Perform basic math calculations.
• Regularly lift/move up to 45 lbs without assistance.
• Safely use hand, air, pneumatic, and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret assembly prints and bills of material.
• Gathers and positions materials and parts according to assembly documentation.
• Fastens parts with bolts, screws, rivets or other fasteners.
• Operates pneumatic, electrical and manual hand tools.
• Report issues with product or equipment to the lead.
