Job summary

Alexander Daniels Global is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Engineer to transform innovative product designs into production-ready metal parts using advanced AM technologies. You will develop and optimize toolpaths, establish design rules, and create manufacturing strategies across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualified candidates have a STEM degree and at least three years in manufacturing engineering, with experience in DfAM, ISO 9001/AS9100, Python, and CAD/CAM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, Design, or related discipline.
• At least three years of experience in manufacturing or production-focused engineering environments.
• Strong expertise in additive manufacturing technologies, 3D printing equipment, CAD/CAM software, and data-driven engineering analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop metal AM manufacturing methodologies.
• Create engineering drawings and establish design rules and process limitations.
• Support evolution of new manufacturing techniques, materials, and processes.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and share knowledge.
