Hyliion is seeking a Technician, Print Operations to join our metal 3D printing team at the new facility. The role focuses on setting up print jobs and performing routine maintenance on equipment in a production/engineering lab environment.

The position is hourly and non-exempt, with potential overtime. Candidates should have a High School Diploma, 5+ years of hands-on experience, and experience with additive manufacturing and CNC machines. Hyliion offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience
• Additive manufacturing machine experience
• CNC machine experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering on prototype hardware using metal 3D printing.
• Perform downstream process after print including powder evacuation and OV prep.
• Improve printing processes to increase quality and speed of parts.
• Carry out additional duties as required by the business.
