Daily responsibilities include 15- and 30-minute virtual coaching sessions and ongoing education on healthy eating and lifestyle. The role supports a high-volume, metrics-informed coaching model in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in metabolic health coaching or dietitian practice.
• Comfort blending motivational interviewing with AI-driven, metrics-informed guidance.
• Ability to manage a high-volume, uncapped caseload within a structured model.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, activate, and manage members for a seamless coaching experience.
• Conduct 15- and 30-minute virtual coaching sessions focused on goal setting and motivation.
• Provide general education on healthy eating and lifestyle, adhering to SOPs.
