Job summary

Twin Health is seeking a metabolic health coach in the United States to onboard, activate, and support members using AI Digital Twin technology. You will drive motivation and goal setting across programs while following standardized SOPs.

Daily responsibilities include 15- and 30-minute virtual coaching sessions and ongoing education on healthy eating and lifestyle. The role supports a high-volume, metrics-informed coaching model in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in metabolic health coaching or dietitian practice.
• Comfort blending motivational interviewing with AI-driven, metrics-informed guidance.
• Ability to manage a high-volume, uncapped caseload within a structured model.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $70,000 annually.
• Unlimited vacation with manager approval.
• 16 weeks paid parental leave for delivering parents, 8 weeks for non-delivering parents.
