Job summary

Releaf is seeking an hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid social program across Meta and emerging platforms. You will manage budgets, test creative, and optimise campaigns to hit CPA and volume targets.

Working within a regulated cannabis sector, you will ensure compliant ads while driving measurable performance, building a testing roadmap, and partnering with creative teams and analytics to optimise paid social growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Meta paid social experience is essential.
• Proven track record managing large paid social budgets.
• Strong creative instinct for testing and optimization.
• Proficient in platform measurement, GA4, and data gaps.
• Comfortable with forecasting, numbers and anomaly spotting.
• Able to work independently with real ownership of campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Meta paid social activity: structure, audiences, budgets, bidding, placements, and creative rotation across Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage and pace monthly spend against CPA and volume targets with forecasting and in-month adjustments.
• Run a continuous creative testing roadmap (hooks, formats, angles, video/UGC).
• Brief creative clearly and specify what to test and why, and what good looks like.
• Own the technical setup: pixel, Conversions API, events, catalog, audience management, signal troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with advertising policies in a tightly regulated sector and manage rejections/appeals.
