Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Messaging Specialist-Intermediate to support enterprise messaging operations in a highly secure environment, ensuring reliable email and mobile access for end users.

You will help maintain day-to-day service performance, resolve messaging issues, and keep mailbox administration processes running smoothly while monitoring system health and supporting reporting needs that contribute to stable communications across the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• MCSE in Exchange or equivalent certification.
• 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise email systems.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for enterprise messaging systems.
• Support Microsoft 365 Exchange Online email and mobile access capabilities in a secure environment.
• Manage mailbox account creation, modification, and deletion in accordance with approved procedures.
• Provide Tier I/II support for email and messaging issues, ensuring timely escalation when needed.
• Monitor messaging operations for failures and prepare required reports.

For our client, we are seeking a Messaging Specialist-Intermediate to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will support enterprise messaging operations in a highly secure environment, ensuring reliable email and mobile access for end users. You will help maintain day-to-day service performance, resolve messaging issues, and keep mailbox administration processes running smoothly. The position also plays an important part in monitoring system health, escalating issues appropriately, and supporting reporting needs that contribute to stable communications across the organization.

Compensation

$100,000 – $115,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for enterprise messaging systems and related services
• Support Microsoft 365 Exchange Online email and mobile access capabilities in a secure environment
• Manage mailbox account creation, modification, and deletion in accordance with approved procedures
• Provide Tier I/II support for email and messaging issues, ensuring timely escalation when needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical experience supporting or managing enterprise email systems
