Job summary

MORA Consultants LLC, a defense contractor, seeks an experienced MESF Project Manager to serve as the primary technical and managerial interface for the MESG ONE program. The PM will coordinate with the KO, COR, and MESG leadership, ensuring personnel maintain required clearances and deliver program reporting and reviews.

The role requires an active SECRET clearance, 15+ years Navy expeditionary experience, and proven PM and MESF expertise across multiple PWS areas.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required at time of proposal submission.
• 3+ years of PM experience as a contractor in the past 5 years or equivalent military/government service.
• 3+ years of MESF experience in the past 5 years.
• Experience in at least two of the five PWS Objective Areas.
• At least 15 years of Navy expeditionary operational, training, and readiness experience.
• Prior service as a commanding officer, officer in charge, CVN department head, or senior administrator.
• Strong oral and written communication for engagement with MESF leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for KO, COR, and MESG ONE N7 leadership.
• Ensure contractor personnel maintain required clearances and certifications.
• Prepare and deliver Monthly Status Reports by the 15th of each month.
• Present Quarterly In-Progress Reviews to O-6 level leadership.
• Document and report training and readiness outcomes.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team across five objective areas: Learning Standards, Curriculum Development, Exercise Planning, Force Development, and Training Program Management.
• Attend KO/COR meetings and document minutes within two workdays.
• Coordinate CONUS and OCONUS travel per the JTR.
