Mora Consultants LLC seeks a highly qualified Learning Standards SME to provide Instructional Systems Design (ISD) expertise and NETC-compliant curriculum development support for MESG ONE N7. This Key Personnel position supports the Course Curriculum Model Manager (CCMM) across the curriculum functional areas of Patrol Boat Operations/Tactical Communications and Expeditionary Security. The SME will assess MESF curricula compliance with OPNAVINST 1500.75, NECCINST 1500.13, and NAVEDTRA M-142 guidelines, and provide recommendations to standardize training assessment and certification processes.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 DOE

Period of Performance: Base: 1 Sep 2026 - 31 Aug 2027, with four option years
