Job summary

Mora Consultants LLC seeks a Learning Standards SME to provide ISD expertise and NETC-compliant curriculum development support for MESG ONE N7. The role supports the CCMM across Patrol Boat Operations and Expeditionary Security, assessing MESF curricula for compliance and standardizing training assessment and certification processes.

The position requires an active SECRET clearance, 15+ years in ISD and NETC curriculum work, and a Master Training Specialist designation, with preference for a

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance at time of proposal submission.
• 15+ years of Instructional Systems Design experience.
• 15+ years of NETC-compliant course/curriculum development.
• Master Training Specialist (MTS) designation.
• 3+ years MESF curriculum development in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Support CCMM in managing curriculum areas for Patrol Boat Operations and Expeditionary Security.
• Assess MESF COIs against NECC/NETC policy and higher directives.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve training assessment standards and certification.
• Deliver Learning Standards Compliance Reports annually or after major revision.
• Contribute to status reports and Reviews (oral and written).
