W3Global is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney in Mesa, Arizona to manage the firm’s litigation caseload for commercial collections. The role requires handling cases from pre-suit through judgment and post-judgment remedies, with no billable-hour requirements.

You will support in-house collection professionals and supervise legal staff while maintaining compliance with court rules and deadlines. Excellent writing and negotiation skills are essential.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing.
• 3–5 years of litigation experience or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Arizona litigation caseload and supervise staff.
• Provide pre-suit collection legal support to in-house teams.
• Litigate through judgment, incl. lien foreclosures.
• Prosecute post-judgment remedies and related actions.
• Negotiate settlements and draft settlement documents.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other filings.
• Advise on litigation strategy and approaches to disputes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in proceedings and collections.
• Maintain accurate case records and deadlines.
