Responsibilities

• Manage the Firm’s Arizona litigation caseload and related staff.
• Provide pre-suit collection legal support to in-house collection professionals.
• Litigate claims through judgment, including mechanic’s lien foreclosures.
• Draft waivers/releases and settlement agreements.
• Assist with regulatory compliance of the Firm’s legal and collection activity.
