Job summary

You will coordinate with the project sponsor, steering committee, and site teams to deliver an integrated MES solution that aligns with business needs.

You will champion disciplined execution, manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while guiding change management and deployment readiness across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or related field is required.
• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field is a plus.
• Minimum eight years in pharma manufacturing, automation, or digital transformation.
• Strong GMP knowledge and regulatory compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end MES deployment within scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Lead site deployment and coordinate with sponsor and steering committee.
• Ensure integrated MES solution meets business needs across functions.
• Drive change management and stakeholder alignment for the Gurabo site.
• Collaborate with Next Gen MES deployment leads to set standards.
