Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supply Chain Project Lead to drive multi-functional projects from Raynham, MA, or internationally, collaborating with external manufacturing partners and internal teams.

The role focuses on patient safety, quality, compliance, and growth, with a strong emphasis on project planning, business case development, and value realization in the healthcare sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (4 years with Master’s; 2 years with PhD).
• Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Planning, Project Management, Procurement, Engineering, or R&D in a Healthcare Industry.
• Project Management experience including developing and implementing processes for new or existing products and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide business and technical insights into Value Stream Product Strategy Roadmaps and collaborate with Value Stream Leaders to identify, prioritize and execute end-to-end supply chain projects and develop project business cases.
• Shape and lead initiatives to ensure supply chain reliability, quality, compliance and profitability/cost improvements.
• Lead and execute projects in line with standard project management guidelines.
• Lead and resolve issues related to Reliability, Quality and Compliance improvements; drive supply continuity and disruption recovery actions.
• Develop GP improvement multi-year roadmap and continuous cost improvements aligned to Product Strategy Roadmap.
