Job summary

Ornua Ingredients North America is seeking an MES Clerk (1st Shift) in Hilbert, Wisconsin to support production operations.

You will capture data, coordinate raw materials with the warehouse, and maintain traceability while ensuring HACCP/GMP compliance and effective MES/ERP system usage.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with traceability requirements and raw material lot tracking.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and traceability standards.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all MES-related data capturing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform basic MES troubleshooting: missing entries, incorrect data, user errors, or system prompts.
• Act as liaison between production and warehouse to coordinate raw material replenishment.
• Comply with regulatory agencies, HACCP, GMP, and other industry requirements.
• Assist in other areas as needed and perform any other duties as assigned.
• Use manual pallet jack and forklift as needed.
• Assist in daily housekeeping and maintenance of department.
• Follow Safety, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices.
• Be flexible to work in other production positions as needed.
