Job summary

Ornua Ingredients North America is seeking a MES Production Clerk to ensure data accuracy and material flow in a busy dairy production environment. You will support production line teams, track raw materials, and help uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards across shifts.

Responsibilities include data entry, material coordination, and adherence to HACCP/GMP practices. Candidates should be comfortable with ERP/MES systems and capable of lifting up to 60 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with traceability requirements and raw material lot tracking.
• 2+ years in manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and traceability standards.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Capture MES data accurately and timely.
• Coordinate raw material replenishment between production and warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in other duties as needed and operate pallet jack or forklift.
• Maintain department housekeeping and safety observance.
• Support multiple priorities in a fast-paced area.
