Job summary

Ornua is seeking a MES Production Clerk in North America to ensure product safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. You’ll perform accurate data entry and coordinate raw material replenishment to support uninterrupted production in a food manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing or warehouse roles, familiarity with HACCP/GMP and traceability, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Experience with traceability requirements and material handling in a manufacturing setting.
• 2+ years working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and traceability standards.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Handle MES-related data capturing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate raw material replenishment between production and warehouse teams.
• Comply with HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in other areas as needed and perform duties as assigned.
• Operate manual pallet jack and forklift as needed.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and department upkeep.
• Adhere to safety observations and maintain 100% safety compliance.
• Maintain attendance and performance standards.
• Follow company procedures and safety, food safety, GMP, and HACCP practices.
• Be flexible to work in other production positions as required.
